Beñat Iturbe Hualde is a comedian and a writer for Basque TV. He posts on Instagram fascinating pictures of Looney Tunes cartoon cels without the characters. Cel is short for celluloid, a transparent sheet (originally made of celluloid) that is hand-drawn and hand-painted to become a cartoon frame.
